Outreach presents customised seminars and workshops to everyone from the public to Members of Parliament, helping increase people’s awareness of the range of data available and the many ways the data can be used.
- the Information Centre provides a phone and email service, helping you locate the information you need on our website or in our archives and ensuring you get the answers in a timely manner.
- Liaison focuses on reaching out to the Māori and Pacific communities, increasing their understanding of the usefulness of official statistics in planning and decision-making, and providing advocacy for these communities in informing Statistics NZ strategies.
